• The domino effect: For a trigger to have occurred – there must have been domino’s that fell before hand to occur
• The study of causality must be studied to identify why the first few domino’s fell to then create the trigger domino to fall

• When a product is hired to complete a job you need to think about who are the real competitors of that product. And it’s usually not other products in that space. It could be that at the moment, an email or phone call and pen and paper is the competition to your (system) product – not that your product is a SAP and the other product is a CISCO etc.
